We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy. Other Things to Note: The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. - This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit. Guests are REQUIRED to register with Blue Mountain Lake at least 48 hours prior to check-in. REGISTRATION FEE: - $150 - This is included in the booking total. - This fee is a requirement in order to access the community and the property - Registrations can only be processed Monday to Thursday until 4 in the afternoon. We cannot accommodate same-day check-in registrations Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Blue Mountain Lake. For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($50) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed. Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free. Trash is collected once a week on Tuesday. NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid or Super Foodtown. We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
